This drive shaft safety loop is NHRA legal and designed specifically for the 1978-1996 GM B-body. It is a bolt-in application that replaces the factory chassis brace without the need for welding or drilling. This safety loop is essential for tracks that require vehicles running faster than 13.99 in the quarter mile. The loop is constructed of 0.250" thick mild steel, with CNC machined mounting points for a precise fit. It is fully MIG welded for superior strength. Installation is quick and easy, with new grade 10.9 hardware included. Detailed instructions are provided for a hassle-free 20-minute installation process.
